BRAISED PORK WITH BOILED EGG (Southern dish)

ingredients: (makes 1 plate)

500 g pork side (Use pork with thin skin and not much fat)
5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
500 ml coconut juice
5 g sugar
50 ml fish sauce
1 ml caramel

2. After 30 minutes, add the eggs and continue to cook until the pork is tender and the leftover water just covers the pork.
3. Ladle the pork onto a plate, cut each egg in half and put on the plate with the pork. Serve hot.
