150 g pork fat 
5 ml honey
30 ml cooking oil 
1 bunch coriander
1 bulb each shallot and garlic, diced
Fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste 
100 ml chili and lime sauce

1. Sharpen the end of bamboo chopsticks to make skewers for grilling the beef.
2. Cut beef into slices of about 4x4x0.5 cm
3. Boil pork fat until cooked through, then chop into pieces the same size as the beef slices.
4. Mix beef and pork fat and season with fish sauce, salt, pepper, honey, shallot, and garlic for 30 minutes.

Cooking: How to cook your GRILLED BEEF

1. Put the beef and pork fat onto the skewers in "sandwiches" (one slice of pork fat between two slices of beef) until the skewers are nearly full.
2. Heat a charcoal fire until the coals are red. Put the skewers on to cook, turning and brushing with cooking oil so that they don't burn. The beef is ready to eat when it becomes brown and fragrant.
3. Remove beef from skewers and place the beef and pork fat "sandwiches" on a plate. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with coriander.Serve hot with lime and chili sauce.
