ingredients: (makes 1 plate)

100 g minced lean meat
1 bunch of sweet leaf (Katuk)
1 shallot, diced
Fish sauce and salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Season pork well with fish sauce, salt and diced shallot, and then roll into meat balls (5 g/ball).
2. Rinse, drain, and squeeze the leaves to soften.

Cooking:

1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add fish sauce and salt to taste.
2. Add the meat balls; when the water returns to a boil, add the vegetables and cook together for 5 minutes, then ladle into 2 large bowls.
